Welcome to the website of Chapman Design Service, a residential construction project plan design and drawing business based in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. I work exclusively with licensed residential contractors and their clients and have been successfully doing so since 2013. With over 1,120 projects drawn to date, my niche is the residential projects that don’t require the services of a licensed architect to design, yet plans are still required. I can also modify plans that you may currently have from other sources to fit your needs. I use the Chief Architect® Home Designer Pro program, a very capable and dynamic home design software program, for all of my design work. In other news, I will be retiring on October 30th, 2026. I want to thank all of my clients for their business and support over these last 12-plus years!
