I have a Matterport Pro2 3D camera for capturing existing interior project conditions. It can also take 3D "As Built" walkthroughs, rough framing views, before and after tours, generating floor plans for MLS listings, etc.. This will allow for 3D views and being able to get measurements from them. This will also decrease time on site and cause less disruption for your clients. I can then order a floor plan created by Matterport for the "as is" floor plan to trace from to start the remodel design. It's very helpful if your project requires the existing house interior to be part of the construction documents. Please advise me when scheduling your appointment, as I don't take the camera to all site visits.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you think a scan will be of assistance to you or your company. I look forward to the chance to work with you!

This link is to a scan of a single family home. It is a great example of how a scan can capture all the details of an existing property. Once you open it, you will see in the bottom left corner the options available for viewing. You can view it as a walk-through by clicking from white circle to white circle. Also, as an overhead view, dollhouse view, and a ruler to measure.

This link takes you to a scan of an addition project. It serves as a great example of how a scan can capture the details of a remodel at any stage during the construction progress. It can be later reviewed to see the locations of wires, pipes, etc. after the drywall is up. Feel free to contact me if you think having a scan of your project would be beneficial to you, your subs, the clients, etc. Once you open it, you will see in the bottom left corner the options available for viewing. You can view it as a walk-through by clicking from white circle to white circle. Also, as an overhead view, dollhouse view, and a ruler to measure. Plus, you can select which floor to view if you want to view them one at a time.
